"Recently had an issue with at least one window leaking. Matt performed the inspection and knew the problem with the window in question. He also found a second window with the same problem and fixed that one as well. He found issues with the the rest of my windows and patio door. He set up a time days later and completed the repairs including some stucco work on the remaining windows. This work was done under their warranty. I highly recommend Dunrite as they far exceeded my expectation, they stand behind their product and installation. And a big thank you to Matt."

"Stay clear of this company , Tony came out to give us a run down of the products and was very pleasant to work with , he provided us with a quote that same night and honestly worked extremely hard for us , once the windows were installed it seemed that the quality of work was not near acceptable, some windows look like they were way too small and should have never been installed ( mis-measured) they filled the gap‘s a half inch to three-quarter inch with caulking, one of the windows has not even been completed .I called and was polite and brought up my concerns they stated that they would get right back to me , the next day they called me and told me that they would stop by my house next time that they’re in “ the area”to take a look no date given . The following day they call me and ask for the remaining balance and I asked them when will somebody be coming to take a look at the work that is in question and I was told next time somebody is in “your area” they would stop by, this company is quick to make an appointment when you were looking for a quote but when it comes to issues with their install you do not matter to them and they make it clear , I hate to leave a comment like this but if I could help someone that is in the market for new windows do yourself a favor and look elsewhere . Someone should call the ROC, reading some of these reviews now show similar issues"
