Customers say: Quality work

"It was a great experience. I emailed them, and they responded right away. Unfortunately, the day the guy came to look at my window, I had literally just come home from putting my 15 year old pet down, and was a mess. Bless his heart he was faster than lightning. He measured the window and was gone before I knew it. They came back and installed the part I needed. I felt it was a high amount, but I donâ t work in windows, so I have no idea if that was reasonable or not. But for the customer service it was fine. I recommend using them! Very easy!"

"Savana has been such an amazing person to talk to and receive information from about windows. We never knew there was so much that goes into a window and itâ s install and she gave us all her knowledge. We werenâ t sure if we wanted new windows yet but she made us feel so much better about getting them sooner. She has honestly been such an awesome person to talk to and spend 5 hours with! It wasnâ t all just about windows and bathtubs we got to know her and her company. Weâ re excited to have new windows for the winter and not learn what winter is like with 90 year old windows. And weâ re even more excited to be able to open our windows without them being painted shut!"

"Great! Excellent experience from the sales visit to final installation. We’re two years since install and still loving the new windows and the energy savings they provide. Can’t say enough about how professional these guys were, in EVERY aspect! Have recommended them to several neighbors who have also since had similar experiences. Nobody better in the Valley to go to for new windows!"

"An outstanding company with very skilled and professional installers, all at a very fair and competitive price. The salesman Tony was great to work with, and the installers did a fantastic job. We chose Ply Gem vinyl windows and sliding doors - great quality at a good price. The work involved more than just routine replacements. We had ugly aluminum bay windows across the front of the house. They cut those out entirely which was a big job in itself, then replaced with beautiful double pane windows. In the master bedroom, the ugly aluminum single pane window was removed and the back of the house cut to fit a sliding patio door. Again, a really great job with excellent workmanship. It completely changed the whole ambience of the master bedroom! Clean-up after the work was done was amazing you wouldn't even know they were there! We highly recommend K & J Windows!"

"We actually found this company through Costco. We had looked around at several other companies before choosing lasting impressions. Overall we were very happy with the quality of work that they did for us. We were able to visit their show room on the weekends, something that other companies did not let us do. It took a little while to get the windows delivered, but the quality seems to be worth it. It took two days to replace all the windows. They probably could have done it faster than that, they seemed to only work about three quarters of the day. But the two workers were very nice and respectful. There was a little bit of stucco damage, but they repaired all of it before leaving. My only pet peeve is that there was quite a lot of construction dust leftover especially outside. Overall, a good job. <br />"
