"These guys are the ABSOLUTE best moving company in the valley! They are incredibly professional, efficient, polite, speedy and careful all at the same time. We used them for packing and moving and obviously couldn't be happier with the service, but the price was fantastic! as well! MUCH less expensive than the others. Let's face it, moving sucks, but these folks provide a little bit of sanity to all the chaos---these are THE PROFESSIONALS!!!"

"My wife and I called numerous moving companies here in Arizona for a move that could only take place this past Sunday. We were moving to our new home that is located less than one mile away from our current home. Most of them wanted to charge a premium for such a short move on a Sunday and being retired we are very price conscience. Not only was Sterling Interstate able to accommodate our Sunday move date, they were considerably less expensive than the two other companies who said that they could do it. JPs’ crew was punctual, professional and extremely friendly. Moving can often be frustrating, stressful and downright a pain in the neck but the Sterling crew was so accommodating, diligent and helpful that they really made it a pleasure. We were quoted by Nancy for a ten hour job which they did in just seven hours and the original quote was adjusted to reflect the speed of the job. I highly recommend, Sterling Interstate, to anyone who wants or needs a professional moving company. It's not easy finding a great, honest and professional moving company. We found the company on Yelp and the clear, fast communication and discount sealed the deal."

"The crew was very professional and fast. They did the job in an ample time and they were very professional, friendly and polite. I would definitely hire them again and again. Special thanks to Haden, Tommy and I didn't get the name of the third person but thanks to all of you for making my move as smooth as possible."

FAQs for in-state moving service projects in Mesa, AZ

Laws differ from state to state, but the number one rule is that you cannot move a mobile home on your own. You have to hire a licensed mobile home moving company. While each state is different, you’ll also have to research HUD codes, permits, and other laws specific to the area to ensure your move follows all necessary regulations.

Yes, a permit is required to move a mobile home. You must secure permits in the state of origin and in every state through which the mobile home passes. When moving across state boundaries, obtain a permit for each state. Your moving company assists in acquiring all required permits, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations during the entire relocation process.

No, you cannot move a mobile home built before 1976. Mobile homes constructed before 1976 do not meet current safety standards and must not be relocated. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development enforces strict guidelines that prevent moving older models. Verify the build year and comply with all HUD regulations to ensure safety and legal compliance.
