When I called, Xavier admitted the real reason: they accepted last-minute Airbnb bookings, which he said always take priority?even over clients who booked in advance. The earliest arrival offered was 3pm?2?3hrs late with almost no notice. When I declined and asked about rescheduling, I was told there would be no prioritization and no guarantee this wouldn?t happen again. On top of that, no discount or compensation was even offered for being hours late at the last minute. No real apology, no accountability. If ur paying $220+ for a service you shouldn?t be treated as a backup plan. If your time matters, look elsewhere!"
