He uses a drone to show you everything, which is a plus. He is personable and was a pleasure to work with. I also had the opportunity to meet the other owners, Gerardo Rodas, who was on the spot with some touchups at the end. Brian Rodas, his son, added some extra insulation during the process. He also recommended that I choose Sharkskin Ultra Radiant Barrier as my underlayment. Wow, that was worth it and I can feel the efficiency. The crews were friendly and hard working. Brenner went above and beyond assisting with the removal of my solar panels. He contacted the solar company that installed the solar panels (my roof should have been replaced before the panels were added a year ago). They would not remove the panels without a large fee. He worked with the solar company that his company works with and provided me with a discounted price on the removal and re-installation of my panels at a discounted price. The installation process went smoothly, and the installers were professional and did a wonderful job on my roof, venting and fascia. They removed an old evaporation cooler and hauled it away. "Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints and you will easily see that Power is a responsive and reasonable company to work with. Need a new roof? Power is your answer."
