"Before James installed the new roof I had leaks from about 5 different places with moderately strong rains. After the new roof, no leaks at all.The roof has gone through several very heavy rains without a drop of leakage. Everything was professionally done. I would recommend him to anyone."

"He was honest, explained everything in detail and was by far the lowest cost. Other estimates wanted to repair/replace a roof that didn't need replacing. He was also very prompt in scheduling and getting the repair done. We are very happy with his service."

"Outstanding! Our roof was in need of repair and the stress and worrying about it quickly diminished as soon as Jacob and his crew showed up at our home. The professionalism, knowledge and great attitude of everyone there to work really put our mind at ease. Any question we had about the process was answered thoroughly and with patience. The crew was very punctual, organized and professional. Qualities that are hard to find now a day. All of our expectations on our roof repair were overwhelmingly exceeded. Our family highly recommends Vista Del Sol Construction for any construction project your home may need! Knowing that there are still honest & hardworking people out there makes being a home owner that much easier. We will call Vista Del Sol again with any future home projects."

"The job that was requested was for roof maintenance. Our roof had sustained damage from high winds and looked like trash. Juan and Matthew did a superb job! They even painted my roof vents to match! I love the level of detail and care they have taken in doing a great job!! They were friendly, professional and timely. Thank you!!"

"Very professional and affordable. Work was completed on time and clean up was superb. Highly recommend Beacon Homes!"

"Norm and his team were one of the most excellent roofing/business experience I have encountered in a long time. Work and the personable attitude made such a difference! He restored my faith in the roofing business in Albuquerque ! I will definitely call on him again, great guy!"

"Excellent work. From initial estimate right through till final observation of work done. Friendly, professional, gave full explanations of every aspect of the job and called each day to give an update on where the project was. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Cleaned everything around the home. Took the extra time to tape out roof edges to avoid any drips - great detail. Very satisfied with all aspects of this job and would hire again."

"They did a great job of cleaning the roof and applying the Gaco. They found some wet spots in the foam, cut it away and repaired the areas at no extra charge. They had done stucco work for me before and did a great job. In the future, I will call them again for roofing or stucco work. They do good quality work and are the best contractor to use for this kind of work. The reason I gave them a B rating rather than an A for the overall work, is because they could have done a better job of cleaning up and following up on details. For example, we agreed they would have our satellite TV working at the end of everyday when they had to move the dish to work under it. I had to call after the workers had left and had them come back to fix the dish. I had to call them several times to come back to clean up. They were always good about coming back, but I should not of had to call them. The foreman and project manager should of had the crew do these tasks without me pointing them out to them. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire them again."
