The commercial guys wouldn't do it because it is a white glove situation and the residential cleaners wouldn't do it due to the size/complexity of the commercial fan motor. Prior to scheduling JC Duct Cleaning, we were sneezing a lot in the house and realized that we hadn't had the ducts cleaned since we moved in, in 2021 and wasn't sure when they had last been done.
