"All Under One Roof did an amazing job with my roof replacement. My roof was leaking for the last couple months so I decided before winter to replace. When they were replacing it I was informed and shown pictures of how bad the damage was. The roof has extensive rot in many areas. All Under went above and beyond and cut out all the old rot and replaced. They went into great detail to show me the rot and how it was leaking for years, but not into the interior of the house. I am so happy at how it came out and will recommend All Under One Roof to all my friends."

"This is the second time I use Vaillancourt Roofing, and they have always been exceptionally professional. Brad Entrekin, the salesperson I have always dealt with is wonderful: knowledgeable, patient, punctual. So have been the team that does the work. In this specific case, Nick and Jay did the installation of the gutters. Their work is impeccable. They are very respectful yet friendly. If I was doing gutters I would do all possible to get the Nick and Jay tea However, in order to reach them you would have to go through the scheduler. I understand that the schedule is necessary in order to make the best use of the resources possible however, that has to be tempered with the needs of the client. Case on point, day before the installation date I was informed that the installation had been cancelled "because one of the installers was sick" and the work was rescheduled for 12 days later. I spoke to the scheduler and he had no interest in whether I would be available, convenience or any other consideration of what the effect of the change could have on MY schedule. I just had to understand that people get sick. That is - an administrative problem of the company was suddenly on my shoulders. This gentleman is extremely rigid and unsympathetic. Chances are that the job could not be done before but a gentler approach with the client will take him a long way. In addition, his attitude really erodes the exceptional work of the field salespeople. It is then left on the shoulders of the installers, to fix with the client what the installer undid. Once again, Vaillancourt has, in my estimation, first class materials to offer, a splendid salesperson in Brad, and an impeccable installation team with Nick and Jay. So, go for it. More likely than not, you will not have to deal with the scheduler."

"The team from Mighty Dog Roofing including Will, Kyle, Edwin and many others were very professional and efficient. Their approach from start to finish was very customer service oriented. They repaired large sections of my roof with new shingles and replacing wood boards supporting the shingles that had deteriorated over time. They also repaired sections that had been damaged due to squirrels. I would definitely recommend them for the high quality of their work and their professional, experienced, well-trained staff."

"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. I contacted Ramon and we met within a week. He was kind, friendly, and professional and really heard my concerns. I had a fair, thorough estimate within a few days that included some creative solutions that no one else had come up with: removing three of the four parapets and avoiding drilling into our concrete roof deck. "Leo and Ricardo showed up to look at the job on time and they were very professional. They evaluated all the troubled spots and took pictures. They provided a comprehensive quote within a day or two complete with the photos they had taken. I had a few questions on the quote which May in the office tried to answer. Once she was unable to answer some of these questions she had Leo and Ricardo call me. May is very easy to get in touch with but Leo and Ricardo are a little more difficult to reach since they are out in the field all day. Once I approved the quote the were at the house the next day to erect scaffolding. They also were expecting a deposit from me which was never made clear so there was a little confusion there. Our house was built in 1884 so after they started work they discovered the roof was in worse shape then they originally anticipated. They were quick to send photos of the condition of the roof but I was never given a firm price as to what the additional costs would be. They completed work in 3-4 days and clean up was done professionally. The additional work they needed to do was significant and I was never fully made aware of what this was until I received the final bill. I trusted Farina that the price Farina billed me on the additional work was fair. This is based on the other quotes I received from other roofers-all of which seemed either too simplistic of a fix or far too comprehensive and expensive considering the size of the leaks."

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"
