"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."

"They are excellent. The service was awesome. I was very pleased with them staying in contact. I ordered a generator unit and getting it took a little longer but that was more due to all the storms in the east coast. They did a great job as far as the install went. The way he installed my generator, he put it on a pad in a form of gravel and not on the ground so it would not sink in water. He really went above and beyond as far as the install. He really did an awesome job. He also stayed in contact, letting me know what was going on and answered all my questions. He installed it really well."

First, they ship your replacement filters when it's time to change them, so it's a good reminder to change out the filters, which is better for the life of your HVAC equipment. Second, you don't have to buy in bulk and then find a closet to store a year's worth of filters in order to get them at a good price. The shipped price is about the same as I pay at Home Depot."
