"When they finally got on site, I think they worked hard, got the concrete pad (20x30) basketball court with anchor hole poured. The reason I gave it 3.5 out of 5 was a lack of communication and scheduling. They were on top of things bidding it until they received my 30% down on the project then disappeared. I never got my countersigned contract back. I was the one emailing, calling, or texting Blake to check about when they were showing up. Got lots of excuses on why they did not show up when they were supposed to. Got to point I threatened to cancel the contract that they finally showed up. I get people are busy right now, but if you have a contract that states certain terms and takes 30% upfront and cash that check, honor your commitments, and communicate with the client more effectively. Be there when you say you will help the client schedule more effectively. I feel if they improve on communication and showing up when they say they will, they would get a 4.5 out of 5. Hopefully, this review helps them improve."
