"Contacted SEB for a quote on a fence, but was told they could rebuild my deck which was a more urgent need at the time. Requested a rebuild of current deck to replace questionable boards and deck support beams. Very poor communication. Gave me a "couple day" time frame and then ended up being a few weeks. Didn't give a clear indication of work progress and didn't touch base after completion. Did complete the deck repair, but it wasn't clear when they were done and its rained since then, so some boards have already started splitting. I'll end up replacing and sealing the deck myself. Will probably use someone else next time for general contracting needs."
