"Thoroughly enjoyed working with Bradley through the process of scoping the job, picking out the right materials, and job execution. Bradley and Kevin were there when promised and worked very hard with perfection. Pictures attached show the before (Brick) and after (Tumbled Blue Stone)"

"We have five very large pecan tress that were in desperate need of trimming and a mulberry tree that needed removing. Bob's Tree customer service was phenomenal. Immediate response after calling & apt scheduled right away for an estimate. Estimate given was a little higher that what I expected, having no clue what tree trimming was worth, but we went ahead with it, knowing Bob's Tree has been in business for years and has a great reputation. We were thrilled with the job they did and the amount of time it took. They left the yard even better than it was before they came, cleaning up every bit of wood that fell from the trimming and a great deal of pecans as well. After watching how hard they worked and the excellent way they cleared the trees and left the property upon completion, I was glad to write the check for them and glad that we were able to support a local business. Bob's Tree may not be the 'cheapest' pricing out there, but you definitely get what you pay for with them - excellence."

"On May 15, 2024, I signed a contract with Azul Landscape Design to install a small pond (6 feet by 8 feet and 18 inches deep) and a 4-foot-high rock waterfall. Tony, the owner, assured me that the project would be completed by June. However, the project was not finished until January 2025. The primary issue has been Azul Landscape Design’s consistent failure to meet their promises. Week after week, Tony assured me that workers would arrive, but no one ever showed up. I would prepare for their arrival at 6:30 a.m. each day, only to be repeatedly disappointed. To make matters worse, we have two small dogs. On four separate occasions, workers left the side gate open, allowing our dogs to escape. As a result, I had to keep the dogs locked inside during the times workers were scheduled to be on-site. However, more often than not, no workers showed up, leaving me to waste entire days waiting for a project that never progressed. Additionally, the workers left my property in disarray multiple times, with piles of materials, tools, and debris scattered across front and back yard. This not only created an eyesore but also led to complaints from my homeowners association, which put me in an awkward and embarrassing position with my neighbors. As outlined in the signed contract, Azul was supposed to install a specific pump for the pond, for which I was charged $2,000. Without my knowledge, they installed a much cheaper pump. Moreover, the contract specified specific lighting for the pond area, but again, without my consent, they installed a different brand. As a result, the lighting was woefully inadequate, and I had to spend hundreds of dollars out of pocket to bring it up to the necessary standard. In November, water began flowing over the rocks in the waterfall, and I noticed that the pond was losing a significant amount of water due to leaks. I spent many hours investigating the issue, and it was finally resolved in January. In order to get the issues addressed and resolved, I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Arizona's contractor license board (who visited our property), and Small Claims Court to seek reimbursement for the pump and lighting. Tony finally offered a small and inadequate settlement, and we are now in the midst of court proceedings. I strongly recommend avoiding Azul Landscape Design. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to complete the project have turned this process into an absolute nightmare. I should have paid more attention to the other negative comments on the internet about Tony and his company. Don’t make the same mistake that I did."

"Had an initial good experience with the company. They were able to get us in quickly for an install for a new build home. Got a couple estimates and decided on this company given a coworker used them for a prior project and they happened to be in my neighborhood. The issues started happening after the major storms. Areas underneath the pavers started sinking. They dug a trench for an irrigation system leading to the backyard and I suspect it wasn't properly compacted leading to the premature errosion and collapsing of the pavers. I spent over 40k+ on this project and have been very gracious on getting the issue resolved before posting this review. I've made, 8 different attempts over the span of over 2 months to get this inspected/repaired. At first I'd get a promising message saying they'd get someone out right away, then wouldn't hear anything for days. Now I can't even get a response back. "

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Miami, AZ

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
