Customers say: Quick response

"Brad did a great job with our retaining wall, hardscaping, and pavers. He came on time and followed through as we expected. We had a number of change orders and Brad took care of these without any problems. After completion of work he cleaned the site well. He met all our expectations and it was a pleasure to work with Brad and we would hire him again."

"I called Caleb and he was here within an hour. He performed energency repairs. As soon as the adjuster sent his report a crew was sent out and the wall was completed in two days.  The crew did beautiful work and were polite hard working and left the area neat and clean. "We have five very large pecan tress that were in desperate need of trimming and a mulberry tree that needed removing. Bob's Tree customer service was phenomenal. Immediate response after calling & apt scheduled right away for an estimate. Estimate given was a little higher that what I expected, having no clue what tree trimming was worth, but we went ahead with it, knowing Bob's Tree has been in business for years and has a great reputation. We were thrilled with the job they did and the amount of time it took. They left the yard even better than it was before they came, cleaning up every bit of wood that fell from the trimming and a great deal of pecans as well. After watching how hard they worked and the excellent way they cleared the trees and left the property upon completion, I was glad to write the check for them and glad that we were able to support a local business. Bob's Tree may not be the 'cheapest' pricing out there, but you definitely get what you pay for with them - excellence."

"I talked to Ben at the Chandler (Arizona Ave) location. Ben is very professional and easy to work with. After listening to our details, he found exactly what we were looking for and scheduled delivery the next day. He recommended an extra ton of gravel and it was perfect amount. Additionally he connected us with a very good local work crew, who came out early the following morning, and did a great job for a great price! Thank you Ben, that couldn't have been easier."

"Overall Excellent work. We thought Premier Paradise worked primarily on pool design, but we were surprised and quite happy contacted them for our home patio project!  Jeromey Naugle (owner) offered a design that looked great. He submitted the design to the county and provided the paperwork for the HOA, making our work minimal. The crew who did the work were pleasant, hardworking and paid attention to quality. Everything had a level applied to it and a lot of customized work/design was required. Jeromey had custom steel doors made for the fireplace and oven, and designed the airflow to maximize heat distribution to the oven above, like that of a convection oven. It was evident that Jeromey researched the design thoroughly. We also have plenty of room for wood storage. The spa fit perfectly in the expanded patio space and Jeromey coordinated the date and installation work with the Spa company we purchased the spa from. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and have made fantastic pizza with the oven that has no difficulty reaching 400 degrees.  Congratulations to Jeromey and his fine crew for an excellent product that I do recommend to others."

"Extremely well. Jason designed a particularly artistic landscape design. He is very interested in botany and very well informed about varieties of plants; his advice about the selection of plants and other decisions (such as colors for gravel and cement that complements each other), where to put plants, the walkway, and lights. Jason was always available by phone for any questions and further advice. Azteca's crew was very conscientious and respectful of the family (especially when an emergency occurred during the time they were working in the yard). The crew responded to any request about where to put something. They cleaned the area after each day's work and upon completing the job. Jason spent over an hour to discuss all plants, how to work with the water and light timers, and to review all plantings. They were very accommodating when changes were made, and did an overall excellent installation of all equipment and plants."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Miami, AZ

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
