"For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. No detail was ignored as far as dealing with everything on the roof such as antennas and my swamp cooler. Very well done! Thank you so much Fort Selden Roofing! "This is a story sad but true of a company that has very good work but very bad business practices This begins in September of 2021 An estimator is sent to survey damage done by a roof leak due to a Solar installation On this visit, the estimator without authorization attempted to fix an issue The problem as was always suspected was part of a Solar panel installation and not even close to the problem area, again this was not authorized The estimator spent roughly 45 minutes for his activity and arrived late even though it was clearly communicated my sister-in-law worked nights and was asleep, there were 2 guests here, but they would authorize; this was presented as a favor - to attempt to stop further leakage Now to current time, on March 16th, 2022 I have resolved my roof issues with Reimagine Roofing - recommended Jim the representative for Silver City comes to inspect the work and close our business and I am presented with 2 invoices, 1 for the ceiling repair and 1 for what i have no idea It came to be that 1 as for the ceiling and 1 the additional charges were for the attempted unauthorized repair which didn’t do anything anyway Those charges were 586.46 - during an estimate appointment for insurance purposes this amounts to $13 a minute i will add that if you have any interaction them, they or their representative's do understand payment options using current electronic/computerized systems, like Zoelle or simple BillPay"

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"Unbelievable Negligence: My Disastrous Encounter with Five Guys Roofing Even worse, they displayed a blatant disregard for the weather conditions. Despite assuring me that work would halt in the event of rain, they continued working in the rain, causing unnecessary complications and delays. They also failed to properly clean up the debris, leaving me to clean up dangerous nails and wood fragments to protect my vehicles. Throughout the process, I felt forced to micromanage their every move. They repeatedly missed important details, such as neglecting to replace underlayment on the apex wood where two roofs converged. They also seemed uncertain about whether any plywood was replaced on the second story, a troubling sign of their lack of organization and communication. Their ineptitude persisted during work on the first-story roof, where they initially neglected to replace underlayment on the apex wood and botched the dead valley, leading to water accumulation during a routine hose test. However, the most appalling aspect was their utter disregard for aesthetics. Their decision to install gray tiles alongside my faded red ones, coupled with their nonchalant suggestion to hide the mismatch, demonstrated their lack of professionalism and pride in their craft. My encounter with Five Guys Roofing was a nightmare beyond comprehension. Their negligence, poor communication, and complete lack of attention to detail turned what should have been a routine project into a catastrophe. While I will begrudgingly make use of their free yearly inspections, I strongly advise against considering them for any roofing work. Spare yourself the frustration, disappointment, and danger by seeking out a more competent and professional roofing company. If you've had any prior dealings with them, I urge you to thoroughly inspect their work, as their standard of quality is nothing short of appalling."
