"Repeat customer. Barrel tile roof approaching 20+ years. Had a small water intrusion in my garage ceiling which was tracked to a small roof area that required repair. Reinstallation of a few tiles following the repair was sloppy and unacceptable. Two workers returned after the repair was paid in full in a reasonable time period. I inquired as to why the finished repair was left the way it was but have not heard back from T & S. Would I be a three-peat customer?
