"I have been dealing with Guaranteed Pest Control for well over 10 years. I was having real problems with my yard in Lighthouse Point. On the advise of a neighbor whose lawn looked Awesome i called Guaranteed Pest. I set up an appointment ...a gentleman named Nick actually showed up on time which was a good start. In the past i had set appointments with other yard/ pest companies that either were late or didn't show up at all. Nick had a great approach...he asked me questions about what i was doing with my lawn care and what i was looking for. Once he got my information he explained how Guaranteed Pest would meet and exceed my expectations and how i would soon have one of the nicest yards in the neighbor hood. I think that i laughed out loud. Followed by everyone tells me that. Nick then told me that he was the owner of Guaranteed Pest Control and if i gave him my business he promised that he would not let me down. It wasn't long and i had one of the best looking yards in the neighborhood. Now in a different house i am still using Guaranteed, Nick kept his promise and my yard looks Terrific. What really makes the whole thing work is that Nick hires and trains good people. The guys that come out to my house are gentleman who show up on time and do the job right. They also answer my questions and make suggestions. Nick has a lady named Belkus who is in the office. She is wonderful...she sets up the appointments, does the follow up and can answer my questions. She make me feel like i called the right place. if i was still working i would hire her in a minute. If you want a Great looking yard Guaranteed Pest Control is for you."

"I've been doing business with Edgar for a couple of years now and I can say that I really like working with him and his team.  He always listens to what I want or need to get done.  He's respectful of my busy schedule and tries to work around that when he comes over to do the job.  And, his pricing is fair and reasonable.

So, when I needed to do a landscape refresh, it was a no brainer to ask Edgar his thoughts on how to get what I wanted done.  
1.  I needed to remove some plants and replace them with new plants.  Edgar made suggestions on the type of plants to install.  He then added topsoil and mulch once the plants were installed.
2.  I needed to get a tree trimmed back.  Some of the branches were overgrown.  Edgar was able to do this with no issues.
3.  I needed overgrown hedges to be cut back and trimmed.  Edgar also trimmed them to my specifications.
4.  I needed sod to be installed where I had bald spots on my lawn.  When Edgar and his team were prepping the spots for the new sod, they noticed that there were chinch bugs in the ground, so they added chinch bug pesticide and fertilizer to help the sod grow.
5.  They added red mulch to the existing landscaping once it was trimmed and cleaned.
6.  Cut lawn front and back yards.

His estimate that he quoted me was pretty much what I paid for the materials and labor.

I am very satisfied with the job and I will continue to have EJ Organics Lawn Service to come and maintain my lawn and landscaping.

"Our installation was a very smooth process. We needed our back yard area done with turf instead of sod because we both work and do not have the time to maintain our yard. We called Turf Grass Artificial Solutions through HomeAdvisor and they responded almost immediately. They came out with multiple choices of grass and about 2 weeks later they were out to install. So far we are very happy with the product. It has been easy to maintain with just a rake and our pets do not notice the difference."
