"I called the 800 number and they were able to schedule me for a date and time that was convenient to me. I was scheduled for 1-4, and they showed up promptly at 1:00. Not only was the truck emblazoned with the company logo, the men identified themselves and presented their paper work as identification. Upon entering the house they took care to cover their shoes. The cleaned the entire house (11 areas) in about an hours, which included applying their deodorizing treatment.  As I have 2 cats, who do mark the carpets, I was very pleased with the results, which eliminated all of the odors in the carpeting.  In addition, not only did the carpets smell clean, they were obviously clean, especially as I have light color carpets.  In addition, the nap was brought back up, which make the pattern more visible again. "Provider was good with process, but they did not cover their shoes, tracked in dirt from outside. Was training two new employees at time of service as well which I'm never comfortable with. Turned off gas to furnace to clean the system, then left and did not turn gas back on. I couldn't get my furnace to work and called furnace repair who charged me $70 to flip the switch to turn back on gas that Advanta didn't doSo, I'm not only out $385 with Advanta but now I'm out $70 with furnace repair! Also, due to the process of cleaning the furnace the gas water heater is in same area and the force of the machine they were using blew out the gas pilot light on water heater. Did not realize until later in evening, took spouse a lengthy amount of time to get it relighted, to say the least he was not happy with any of it. They were sloppy with the training of new employees and appeared to want to get the job done quickly and be on their way. I don't even know how much they cleaned since I wasn't shown anything prior to the cleaning nor anything after the cleaning."
