"Got the job done after another handyman failed We had a 100” TV that a previous handyman booked through the platform couldn’t install — he actually caused damage to our wall in the process. We were frustrated and hesitant to try again, but [Handyman Name] came out and got it mounted perfectly. He was professional, took the time to assess the wall and the weight of the TV, and made sure everything was level and secure. It’s clear he knew exactly what he was doing. If you have a big, heavy TV that needs to go up right the first time, this is your guy. Highly recommend. "

"They did such an amazing job! I have been so busy and have hired people in the past in order to deep clean, but have been disappointed that they do not get to the areas I actually need help with. Mios cleaning truly felt like a deep clean they took their time, were detail oriented, and so professional. It was such a weight lifted off my shoulders. The price was fantastic and I hope to continue using them for the future."

"Very disappointed with the service. Multiple problems. Told India would be the cleaner. Leslie showed up. Company should have notified me that there was a change. Leslie did not even enter two of the rooms I told her only needed dusting and vacuuming. Cleaned around things on tables, did not bother to move table runners etc. left large areas on tables not cleaned/dusted. Left puddles on the floor where she mopped. I found at least 5 that I had to clean up. Left a film on my high gloss mahogany piano. Not sure if the problem was the solution she used or that she used dirty rags to do her cleaning. This woman spent almost as much time taking pictures of my home as she did cleaning. She took way too many photos. Did not explain why she was doing that. Was she ?casing the joint?? I have an alarm system and will be leaving it on because she made us feel so uncomfortable. I did not think to take pictures of what she left until after I had cleaned after her. I will NOT use this service. "

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Miami Beach, FL

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
