"Chris and his team did an awesome job! The outcome was better than I pictured when I hired them. I had 6 contractors quote the project; there were a couple that came in cheaper but didn't have the credentials that Yanton's did. There was a wait to get the project started, but I think that is because of Yanton's reputation, putting them in high demand. The overall project took about 5 days, and they stayed very busy the whole time and took care to not destroy the rest of my yard or belongings. Chris was very honest when making suggestions in regards to quality, looks and costs. I would definitely rehire and recommend."

"From the moment I contacted Ed I felt as if it would be a good outcome, and I wasn t disappointed. We walked all around the house foundation-repair project and discussed possible fixes. I asked to see pictures of previous jobs, he presented the proposal, I mulled it over, and I received responses to my questions. "No doubt the concrete was done very good. But in the process they ripped a piece of metal from my porch and left a gapping whole in the overhang. I was told by Adam they would be out to check it. Did not happen. They did come back to seal concrete an sprayed it on my house and storm door. I called and was told theyâ  d stop by. Did not happen. The seal is a bumpy, white patchy work that Iooks like somethingâ  s been scattered on it. Iâ  m tired of asking for someone to come see my complaint. So I quit. I will be call BBB, because they said I have a year guarantee but itâ  s only been a month and they have breached the trust. Nice people with a bad follow thru."

"Bruce Mantz and his crew can come to my house any time! Punctual. Professional. Meticulous. He didn't start the job when he said they would - he started it a day early which was fantastic!!! If you've ever had a contractor at your house before, you probably know that doesn't happen. At the end of each day they cleaned up the job site and didn't leave us with a mess. We told Bruce that he's the professional and has free reign as far as design went and to what he felt needed to be done...it is not a mistake to tell him that and then just let him do what he does. Now when we have company over there is a "WOW" factor when we show them our backyard - it went from being an eyesore to a work of art. We absolutely love it! He gave a lot of thought to what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. There were a couple of days that they weren't able to work because of heavy rains; because he knew that was a major problem for us, he drove 30 minutes north just to see how the water was flowing through our backyard for himself. When the rain cleared and they started work again, sure enough, he modified what he was doing based on what he saw. To date, we have ZERO problems with heavy rain water in our backyard anymore. Anyhow, in an effort to keep this short, if you want to hire a contractor that loves what he's doing and not just trying to make a buck, you can't go wrong with Mantz's Lawn & Landscaping, LLC."
