"Our repair person, Greg, worked hard to resolve our problem with the refrigerator middle drawer door. It had not been installed properly from day one. It was not something that could be determined easily. In addition to being misaligned, although there were holes drilled, screws had been left out that should have kept the door connection mechanism from coming loose! It was only a matter of time before it would have come off. He was able to resolve the alignment problem and found screws that would ensure the door would stay in place. The door feels solidly in place now!"

"Excellent. The Driver, Roberto was very punctual. Whenever he gave me a time of when he would be coming to either pickup the car or deliver the car, he was very punctual almost to the minute. Roberto did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. I felt my "baby" was in good hands and he was very professional and responsible about the whole thing. "Overall, we could not have asked for a better job to have been done. Shain and crew (2 other guys) did a phenomenal job. The back porch looks amazing. <br /> The floor of the porch was original wood to the house (1930s era) and had rotted. They replaced the wood and built out new walls and installed new screens. The attic ladder is original to the house, so they decided to try and salvage the ladder if they could, rather than replace it; suffice to say, they saved the ladder and ensured that it's firmly back in its tracks and more sturdy than before. They salvaged wood from the porch to do some repairs to flooring in the house. <br /> Each day they arrived on time - as a matter of fact, they called each day when they were en route. If they left during the course of the day, they always let us know when they'd be back. <br /> It's clear that they're a talented, hardworking group of guys. I'll definitely be calling them in the future for other odd jobs that need to be done, and I've recommended them to friends already. <br /> Do note, however, that even though the website states they accept credit cards, they in fact do not - cash or check only (which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others needing/planning to pay by credit). <br /> Overall, we're very happy with the level of craftmanship and how quickly they got everything done. They gave us an estimate on a Friday, started work Monday morning, finished Wednesday afternoon. And they came in spot on on their estimate. <br /> <br />"

"They showed up on time and were dressed professionally and had a professional looking vehicle as well. Mr. Boyle looked at our current units and asked questions in order to give us a proper estimate. I can say that my interactions with him, both over the phone and in person, were wonderful and his professional demeanor made me feel comfortable in giving him the job. He actually wrote things down, which was impressive compared to a lot of contractors I've dealt with! <br /> He (or his employees?) were a bit slow in getting the estimate back to me, but it was also going into their busy season, so that is to be expected. Our estimate also had some extra details that would have required more research than what is probably the norm . <br /> Unfortunately, we did not give Boyle Heating and Cooling the job, as we got a lower bid. Their bid was in no way above average for this area though. <br /> Overall, I give this company an A and kudos to the owner for being professional and friendly. Sometimes that is hard to come by in contractors. I would definitely feel comfortable having work done by them. <br />"

"He and his team simply painted without patching small holes and cracks. When finished, he poured paint in the shower and down the shower drain. I called and asked him to return to clean up the paint and he said he would, so I waited and waited. I called him back and he said he was on his way out of town, this was Friday July 1, and he would come and clean his mess on Tuesday, July 5 when he returned. to date, he has not contacted me or cleaned the mess. The janitorial service cleaned the dried paint out of the shower by attaching a brush to a floor buffer. I have not heard from him."

In the end, we decided not to repair the countertop and sink but replace it entirely. as the previous owner installed it and it no longer fit our decor. Even though we didn't use them to make the repairs, we were very impressed with their customer service."
