"Charles Stewart Roofing installed new roof in my house in Forest Hills, New York about 4 year ago in 2017 with 10-year all labor and material warranty. This month during the recent storm the roof was leaking very heavily in exact same area it leaked last time that led to the installation of the new roof. I contacted Charles Stewart Roofing and provided with video of leaking with water streaming from ceiling and pictures of damaged ceiling etc. Charles promptly responded via text message promising to repair the roof.
