The front concrete steps had sunken so low that it was dangerous to use them. We negotiated the color desired and the price for the walk and the steps. Wow, he and his 2-man crew came the next Saturday, worked all day to perfect the design, and they were done by early Sunday afternoon. Elo was friendly, professional, and his team did excellent work. "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. "Couldn't be happier. We talked to several contractors, and he was the most organized and had a plan right from the start. All of the work done was his idea after looking at our area for less than 30 minutes. He gave us a quote right there that day, and stuck with it. He and his crew worked during the hottest week of the summer, and did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond what others have done for us, and he made sure things were done properly. He made sure to put in new grass seed where the backhoe had torn up the grass (something others have not done). I recommend them very highly, and would hire them for another job in a second.
