"Palmer Construction — Highly Recommend I called Brad at Palmer Construction about a roofing issue, and from the start he was thorough and professional. He came out to the house, took detailed notes, and gave me an extremely fair price. Once he and his crew got up on the roof, they discovered the damage wasn’t as extensive as originally thought, and instead of running up the bill, Brad was completely honest about it. He was transparent throughout the whole process, showed me everything, and walked me through exactly what needed to be done. Since then, he’s also handled several small projects around my house, and every time it’s the same story: reliable, detailed work done the right way. He really sets you up for success. I couldn’t be happier with Brad and his team, and I’d recommend Palmer Construction to anyone in need of quality, trustworthy work."

"This is the second project that Tim did for us and we are very happy with the work. Tim replaced all the windows in our house and it’s a huge improvement over our old drafty windows. Tim was always on time, got right to work, and kept everything very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to our friends for any door or window work they need."

"Nice job...they had to chisel out some of the concrete to fit the door just right at the bottom..you would never know they were there..mixed cement and built up the area..looks good"

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"We hired Matt to build a deck and put a back door on our house. They came when they said they would and were very good about keeping up communication. No add ons to the original estimate!!"

"It was an amazing expierence to watch the house being built and take form. From framing to detailed shelving, it came together nicely. Jim worked with my unique tastes, gave feedback, and made suggestions. Nothing I wanted was simple or cookie cutter. The wood we used was from my own land, so there were natural defects and charactor wood to work with. Jim's always smiling, or at least keeping his sence of humor, even through feet of snow falling on the house before the roof was on, high winds when the plywood sheathing had to go on up in the peak, and record humidity when putting in the wood floors. The house is unique, good looking, well made and solid. Jim's come back to tend to detail as requested."

"I highly recommend this company for the work they did for me,they were very polite and friendly bunch of workers they kept me informed about everything and their price is really reasonable I love how my kitchen and bathrooms look and the windows Thank You Summit Up Construction"
