Well, Mr. Hendricks certainly did, and I am delighted with the work he did for me (he replaced the nose/sills of 3 dormer windows). He arrived as promised and stayed until the job was done, even though if meant he and his helper were packing up their tools after dark. Came back thee next morning to repair a broken cabinet in my workshop. Obviously takes pride in his work and has a great work ethic. Highly recommend!"

The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.
