"Arrived on time. Trouble shot the problem, found the problem, fixed it. My motion sensor needed to be re mounted after siding crew removed it. It wasn’t getting any juice. Works great now. "I have hired HD Maintenance on several occasions. We have a great backyard area with a deck and hot tub. We also live in a very sunny spot so shade was essential to me. Doug helped me figure out a way to gain shade without sacrificing the view. He repaired some parts of our deck that were beginning to deteriorate and put a finish on it that I'm sure will hold up under the harsh summer sun and winter snow that we anticipate. I continue to call on him and he continues to solve maintenance and building problems large and small. We are lucky to have him working with us and I recommend him without reservation."

"The doors and hardware are amazing! We collaborated on a design and used a gray wash on the wood. I am very pleased, as always when working with Mike."
