"Wayne at Newcrete was very easy to work with, and we quickly reached a deal for him to repair a large crack and seal the driveway and the small sidewalk that connected it. Two Technicians arrived first, explaining what the job entailed, and began setting up to begin the work. Wayne, the Owner, arrived shortly afterward and gave them final directions prior to going to another worksite. The technicians worked methodically to first repair the crack and then apply the seal for the driveway and sidewalk. This took some time because the driveway had to be power-washed and dried before the sealant was applied. When completed, the technicians showed me the work that was completed, and they roped off the area that had been worked on. The work was methodical and completed with care and professionalism. "The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. Communications were excellent throughout the project, with prompt notices from Patrick about how the job was progressing and prompt responses to my texts. More masonry work is needed at the house and Quinn Brothers will be doing that work, too."

"We had a shed pad installed for our new shed. Bob really worked to make sure we understood the different types of pads we could get as well as the ground leveling process. He was the only contractor we talked to that put the pad in the ground (excavating some dirt) so that it didn't just sit on top. As an added bonus, he swiped away a patch of really thick ivy that we've been struggling with. When scheduling the pad, he did delay the installation due to weather issues, showing real concern that if we didn't delay at least a day, the installation would be less than the professional level he likes to leave with. I left for the morning to go to work and when I came home, the pad was ready for a shed.
Bob shows a concern for his homeowner's well being in all matters and is very knowledgable. I fully recomend him to anyone seeking a similar install, and will consider Rock-a-fella's when ever I have a gravelly/patio/deck need in the future.

"From the initial meeting and quotation to the finished project, Tri-State paving and its owner, Frank Tolino, exceeded our expectations in every way. The asphalt driveway quotation was low compared to others and we typically would not select the lowest bidder however, upon discussing the project in depth with Frank and carefully reviewing the company's many positive on-line ratings and viewing their website, we felt confident that Tri-State Paving was the right choice. According to our builder's team, our newly laid driveway stone base and grading of dirt was "ready for paving". However, when Frank carefully evaluated the entire site for turning radius at each curve, for width and depth of stone, and for proper rain water drainage and runoff, he determined there was a need for additional tons of stone and additional grading of dirt. We were even more pleased when Frank said that he would include this material and labor cost at no additional charge just to assure the best possible end product. From our experience to date, just as their website states, we believe this company is indeed dedicated-to-excellence. We hope to use their company for hardscaping in the future."
