"We had a great experience with Alex and his crew! We purchased our fixer upper almost five years ago. It has Cedar Plank siding and we expected a lot of issues, which we got. The best part about Alex is he is easy. He is easy to work with, he easily helps you problem solve to fit your budget, and he helped me relax and not stress so much as issues cropped up - such as wasps nest in the house behind the chimney, a lot of rotted boards, and an entire wall that hadn’t even had vapor barrier applied and needed to be replaced. Alex would swing by and check in on things every other day or so, or if I needed him. He was very responsive and attentive. His crew, who were here every day, were great to work with even when I changed some colors around or otherwise switched things up. Friendly and respectful when I had questions, needed suggestions, or just some reassurance. We had a big job here, it took two weeks in 95+ degree temperatures. Weather alone is enough to make anyone lose their minds. Not these guys. These guys never lost their cool or their cheerfulness. I respect that a lot. The reason we picked A. Parker Contracting has a lot to do with how he presented himself while reviewing the house for the estimate. I’d done some research on how things should happen, and he answered my questions about his process but he also explained how and why he would do certain things and when. Not all the contractors who came out to bid would do this. He wasn’t the lowest bid but he wasn’t the highest bid either. He wasn’t trying to ‘sell’ me. At the end of the day and at the end of this project I think they did an outstanding job. It is obvious they just want their customer’s home to look great and for them to be happy."

"We had Economic Roofing to replace our roof and fix our leaking chimney last week. Patrick did a very detailed inspection on our chimney and roof with detailed pictures. He explained what needs to be done and showed damaged areas of our roof and chimney, and he gave estimated cost. Then I received a detailed written quote from John. He also stopped by and explained the worst and better case about the repairs. First they fixed my rusting chimney. They completely sanded and re-painted with high heat paint. After a week they replaced my entire roof. Damaged boards are replaced, vents are replaced. They did a really clean job they cleaned all fallen asphalt shingles. They also deal with association and township approvals. Patrick and John came in and inspected and showed all the pictures before and after. They are ON-TIME responsive and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Economic Roofing company"

"Chad's crew did a excellent job. The roof looks wonderful and everyone was professional and courteous. I paid no money upfront. MW Roofing brought all the materials before I paid them one dime. They came to my home got up on the roof did the inspection sent me a proposal with three options plus the cost replacing boards. We agreed on one of the options, they set a date came on that date and did the roof. When done they cleaned up and left. Chad came over a couple of days later went over the job with me to see if I was pleased and he was paid. He went over the warranty with me and said if there is any problems with the roof to give them a call. I am recommending MW Roofing to all my friends and neighbors because we reliable contractors you can depend on. Thanks MW Roofing for my new roof. They weren't the cheapest quotes or most expensive quote, but their reputation and customer recommendations is what made us pick them. My day of install went smoothly, the team arrived promptly at 7am and completed my roof the same day. The team was kind, respectful and hard workers. The install team works really well together and was respectful of my landscaping and property. The clean-up crew was amazing!! They made sure there was no debris left behind and scanned the yard (front and back) for any potential nails. In all honesty we only found one nail they missed. They were amazing!!! The clean up crew actually came back after the dumpster was removed a to ensure there were no nails in the street! The project went exactly how Elliot said it would, teams arrives, does the tear off, roof inspection, plywood replacement (if any - we had 5 boards), roofing delivered, dumpster delivered, clean up, dumpster removed. "Our experience with Guardian has been nothing but exceptional. From the beginning they insured that our home was safe from additional damage by covering exposed areas of the roof until the insurance company could coordinate with Guardian. Guardian was there to coordinate with our insurance company adjuster and make sure all the local code requirements to install the new roof were met. The materials used are top notch, giving us an ice and water shield and a 50 year warranty on the roof, that will long out last us. During the roof install the crew was here early, covered all the bushes and shrubs, worked quickly and efficiently, and were finished by mid-afternoon. They made sure all debris and nails were picked up like they were never here. These guys know what they are doing and are professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that I know."
