"The original quote for my project from Design Fencing was several hundreds of dollars higher than I liked, but Michael, their salesman, worked with me on lowering the price to my satisfaction. He sent me frequent updates and texts asking if I had made my decision in choosing a fencing company. He didn't pressure me, but he was persistent in his communication, which greatly impressed me. He sent me a link to check out his company's positive reviews, and he also discussed with me his company's warranty policy. Michael told me that the fence would be put up three to six weeks later, which was fine with me. I gave a deposit of $540 dollars, with the rest to be paid by check or credit card (with a fee) for the job's completion. The day of the installation, it was completed quickly and efficiently in about three hours. "The quote was lower then a lot of other companies which is great. The quality of fence and the work performed was top notch. The one big issue that I had is that the installers left saw blades in my lawn behind. I found two of them but my 3 year old son found the 3rd. They should be using metal detectors to find any missing screws or blades left behind. They also left 2 piles of plastic saw dust behind. I wish that I didn't sign the inspection form before they completed the work but I had to leave my house prior to them finishing the install."
