My Salesman Dan was very responsive and patient through out the entire process and answered any questions I had and customized my job to meet my needs. The delivered the installation sooner then anticipated and even they expected. The best part was the installation. There was one installer but he worked ...no joke 10.5 hours until the just was completed. Best part was the touch up that he did to make sure my fence looked immaculate. "The original quote for my project from Design Fencing was several hundreds of dollars higher than I liked, but Michael, their salesman, worked with me on lowering the price to my satisfaction. He sent me frequent updates and texts asking if I had made my decision in choosing a fencing company. He didn't pressure me, but he was persistent in his communication, which greatly impressed me. He sent me a link to check out his company's positive reviews, and he also discussed with me his company's warranty policy. Michael told me that the fence would be put up three to six weeks later, which was fine with me. I gave a deposit of $540 dollars, with the rest to be paid by check or credit card (with a fee) for the job's completion. The day of the installation, it was completed quickly and efficiently in about three hours. Anthony, the foreman, and his crew cleaned up and took away an old gate that had been up before that was replaced with a new gate. I recommend them without hesitation."

"Maria showed up for estimate within a day of contacting company . She had the estimate emailed to me the very next day . Within 2 days I gave her a deposit and 2 weeks later fence was installed . Met with Julio to go over over everything with him and Maria and they got started . Took 2 days to dig all footing with cement and install fence . It came out so great . I plan on using them next year to put a partial fence in front and side of my property . I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for fencing . "Shopped around for pricing on a vinyl fence for our yard and ended up going with SJB; they were a little higher than another guy but offered an unmatched warranty on parts and labor which is worth the money in our eyes. Steve was extremely friendly and professional. We met a couple of times to walk the project and confirm layouts. He was reachable everyday via phone to answer any of our concerns during the installation, as we were at work while his guys performed the installation. Had one issue during install but he came by after hours to review and fixed it the next day without any problem. The workmanship is very high-quality. My only complaint for Tom when the job was complete is that the installers could ve done a little bit better job cleaning up. Overall I would highly recommend them if you re looking to install a fence. I have received many positive comments from neighbors and passersby about how beautiful the fence is."

"Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. It seeemed as thought they were installing the railings on their own home. When they were done they cleaned the area so it looked like the railings were always there. The finished work is perfect and we are thrilled that we chose Fence Depot.
