Clark technicians were experienced with my high efficiency furnace, while other companies lacked the expertise and were just trying to replace expensive parts until it started working. The Clark technicians knew right away about my pressure switches, traps to empty etc, and got me up and running and even were able to fix a fluid leak. "Molloy Roofing replaced the whole roof of my house last month. I had several bits from a few roofers; and Molloy Roofing's estimated cost was the most expensive one. I initially was hesitant to use Molloy because of the high price. However, after researching the roofing costs and the involved steps, I understood that some of the important differences that set Molloy apart from other roofers were that they have had a very long, reputable history and that, instead of gun-nailed, they hand-nailed shingles, which greatly increased the labor cost. I learned of the important difference between the two kinds of nailing. I also chose to use their hourly-paid employees for higher level of accountability. I was willing to spend a bit more to have a good quality roof, which could last for a quarter of a century. The price difference would not be as significant if I looked at it from this perspective. I was very happy for my decision and the professional installation! I was particularly impressed by two of the roofers, James and Keith, for their dedication to the job. They were very efficient and thorough, and they made sure every step of the installation was carefully done and every shingle was nailed right. I was also thankful to Ted McCane's supervision and inspection, before and after the job was done. After the installation was complete, James and Keith diligently examined and surveyed the work site and picked up any debris before they left. But it was Molloy's policy to have Ted, one of Molloy's top bosses, personally come up on my roof a few days later to inspect and make sure everything the roofers had done was to his satisfaction. Ted also went around my house a few times to make sure that there was no nails or debris left behind. On the top of the satisfying installation experience, all my encounters with the rest of Molloy's staff were very pleasant. I particularly appreciated Rosemary's help with my inquiries, Eric's, who used to be a roofer himself, knowledgeable and sincere answers to a lot of my questions regarding the roofing proposal. "It went very well. I contacted Alumina Railings and scheduled an on-site appointment. Josh Bunnell provide me with an estimate for a basic product and installation cost with optional upgrades. Josh kindly agreed to postpone installation for  a couple of weeks to allow us concentrate on the birth of our first granddaughter. Alumina Railings completed the installation in one of the coldest days in late October. I was impressed with their friendliness and professional attitude. The railings look very good and are very sturdy. My daughter can go up down the steps feeling safe. <br />"

"We ran into Ryan's at a home show in Sharonville. We had a quote in hand from a competitor, but Ryan offered the same glass and hardware for $100 cheaper. The tile job was just completed, and Ryan showed up as expected to install. The installers had just put in the hardware and suddenly left with a vague "Wrong hardware" comment...turned out the glass was cut too short and the tile where they drilled had to be reset. Here is where they could've treated us wrong, but they were forthright about the issue, and promised to make it correct. Our timing was flexible, so in the end they made it right, gave us a better price, and gave us a great price on replacing some window glass that had lost their seal. Communication was constant, calls and concerns answered quickly, they were professionals all the way. Stuff WILL happen, it's all in how it's handled!"
