"The first time we called Powerman it was past 5:00pm on a Friday night. He returned our call by 7:00pm and scheduled time to meet with at 10:00am the very next morning on a Saturday. We were moving into a new house and needed him to help with various problems around the house. He gave us an incredibly fair estimate for all of the things we needed worked on and we were able to get him scheduled to do the work the right away. A little while later, an outdoor light he has installed for us stopped working. We reached out an he sent someone to look at it the same day. We found out the light had gone bad -- and just needed to install a new one. He didn't charge us for checking it out even though it wasn't his fault! A few months later we had an emergency where a section of the house's electricity stopped working. I called him late that night and he was over the very next day to find the problem and fix it! He also installed a new light fixture in the basement storage area that is perfect, fixed two outdoor outlets, and was amazingly prompt. "I had a problem with lights not working. I discovered a GFI outlet went bad. I replaced the outlet and still had a problem. I called Ron and explained my situation. He discussed possible issues that may be causing the problem. He didn't have his appointment book accessible because he was driving. He said he would call back. Before he hung up he told me to double check the GFI connection making sure the proper wires were connected to the proper screws. I had the Gfi wired wrong and thanks to his advice I corrected the problem. Some one else would have not said anything and come to my home charging a trip fee. I very much would trust this man"

"Leon, from Noel Enterprise, came to the house and observed the area where the Rinnai would be placed, taking in plumbing, electric, and venting area. A week later Leon and his two technicians installed the Rinnai. We already had an LP Gas tank so installing a new gas line was good. The Rinnai was installed professionally, new plumbing and electric perfect, and it looks great. Leon also had all the paperwork ready for the Rinnai rebate and end of year tax credits. Great job!"
