"Kevin did excellent work replacing an outdoor cable wire, obtaining a permit on my behalf from the local township and coordinating the work with the municipality and electricity supplier. He was thorough, knowledgeable and diligent and extremely patient despite the poor communication from the electricity supplier and crew.
