"Not only was the job completed sooner than anticipated, all the people used were extremely pleasant, hard working, responsive to questions and brainstorming of ideas, and simply did great work. Nevin, the owner, was a great supervisor. He came almost daily to see how the job was progressing, see if we had any questions or problems, and to bring us up-to-date on the scheduling. He was also easily accessible if we had further questions. Even prior to us signing a contract, Nate, the salesman, encouraged us to get multiple bids to compare costs and designs. Our feeling that C&S was an honest, ethical business was reinforced by that suggestion, despite our prior knowledge to do that. He got a design plan and contract proposal to us in a timely fashion and was always available for any questions. There was never pressure, just pleasant give and take throughout the entire project. We can't say enough about how good C&S was to work with. Although the cost was slightly higher than another contractor, one who was less available for discussion, we felt the difference in presentation and the strong positive impressions we had were worth that difference."
