Now the area looks neat and will have color all season. They also tore out a driveway from our backyard, added loam, and hydroseeded the area. The job was complicated by a second driveway under the top one which called for more labor and loam. I appreciated his communication along the way regarding the additional expenses which were fair. The guys that did the work were professional and courteous. Joe came by with a care guide and also some extra seed to fill in our front lawn. Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
