From getting the quote to getting the work completed, the communication was top notch and very professional. The owner Dean walked me through every step and even made sure to lay wood down to protect our lawn! Dean also has the best concrete stamper around Chris! It was worth every penny for them to get this completed. Our kids and family love it already so much! "Work was performed as scheduled. Concrete leveling was completed and the men did a very good job of cleaning up after. I was able to observe the concrete slab rising to be leveled off with surrounding stable slabs in the patio. As promised several days were given to allow for the concrete to dry and then men returned to install flexible polyurethane caulking to seal the concrete slabs control joints."

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"I have a large multi level deck with built in benches, etc. on a cabin in a remote area of Brown County. Pritchett had built the deck over 15 years ago. It had got in bad shape; cracks, loose boards, some needed replacing. Pritchett replaced some damaged wood and then applied a Sherwin Williams product called Super Deck. While I obviously have no way of knowing if it will hold up the advertised 5 to 7 years, the job Pritchett did in the application was absolutely terrific. The cracks are filled and the deck looks great. I have used Pritchett on other jobs and have found them to do fine work in a timely fashion. <br />"
