"BJ from Indiana ProClean was very helpful over the phone and provided a lot of information. I received a ball park estimate on the phone based on room dimensions, and I scheduled an appointment. On the day that the work was completed, BJ and his associate arrived on time. They put shoe covers on and left them on the entire time (I wish everyone would do this!). They thoroughly cleaned the bedrooms in my house and a set of stairs. Both men were friendly, courteous, and helpful. One thing that is especially nice about Indiana ProClean is that they offer traditional carpet cleaning and also a "green" option. I used a combination of regular carpet cleaning and the "green" carpet cleaning, and I am thrilled with the results. The carpet looks great! BJ and his associate moved furniture which was really helpful. I tried to get as many small pieces of furniture out of the rooms before they arrived, and they moved other pieces of furniture as they cleaned which I really appreciate. I felt like both men went the extra mile, and I felt like I got a great value as well. <br />"

"My insurance company told me to call who ever I wanted to have them come and clean up the water and that would be all I needed to do. I called serve pro and they came out and spent 20 minutes and took a moisture reading. They said they would get back to me about cleaning. They never did. My neighbor told me to call Harris services. When I called and told him what happened they said they would send the owner out right away. Glenn the owner came out within 20 minutes and took readings and said he didn?t think anyone really knew how big of a problem I had from all the water and that they were going to have to replace the ceiling and the flooring. They raised the temp in the house and had fans and dehumidifiers everywhere to dry everything out. It took 2 and a half weeks to dry it out completely before they could even start the demolition. They came in every day and took readings. They didn?t just come in and bring the equipment in and leave and come back a week later to do the work. They came every day to make sure the readings were where they wanted them. They had certain numbers they wanted and just kept going until it was right. They brought the demolition guys in and they picked a spot in the house and decided instead of putting my furniture in storage they would leave it in the house. They thought it would be safer that way. They moved all the furniture very carefully from one end to the other end of the house and wrapped anything they needed to. Then they started to take out all the cabinets in the house and they stored those in my garage. Then they started the demolition of the entire wood floor on the main level and half the ceiling in the basement. The wood floor was going to be hard to match. They ordered from a local store and it was 100% Indiana hard wood. They took their time with the floor and tried to blend it piece by piece so it looked great. They would ask if I liked it or not, so I could decide and we worked our way through the entire house. It was like a jigsaw puzzle and took a long time because they wanted it to look right. They took up all the baseboards and were able to save them. They painted them and put them back after they were done. They painted all the cabinets and put them back. There was not a scratch on any of my furniture. They always asked me what I liked. They were so conscious of the customer trying to make them comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. They were so wonderful. They did exactly what they said they would. They did all the dealings with the insurance companies and I didn?t have to deal with anything. Every one of his guys were so helpful and very kind to me and any friends I had over. All the guys help each other even if it is not their specialty. There was no smoking ever on the property and they made sure their shoes were off or covered any time they came in and out. They were just all super careful. I will use this company for any future work I have."

"They removed all three layers and replaced the boards that needed to be replaced. Because my soffits were covered with insulation and not enough, they gave me a newer material - edge venting. They did very well and communicated well with us. He was true to his estimate and when more needed replaced then they could see prior to ripping off the old, he was very professional and up front. I am so impressed with my new roof and now have 100 times better ventilation then I had!"

"At the time of IU's homecoming in 2010 my husband wanted to have a mini-reunion brunch at our home, so I had to have the carpets and windows cleaned. My mother and mother-in-law had always used Servicemaster, but they did not even return my calls! I had not joined Angie's list at that time, and was relatively new in Bloomington - so I studied all the ads in the the phone book, then called 2 or 3. Taylor sounded the most organized and professional, and were able to do the work when we needed it done. I was pleased then, though it took a bit longer than I had hoped because one worker had called in sick. I had intended to have the cleaning done again within 2 years or so, but other things kept coming up. Finally, everything started looking REALLY BAD, so I called Taylor again almost exactly 3 years later. They did have me in their computer system, as well as exact details of what they had done, and the charges. Again, they were able to come at a time that was convenient for us. I have fine hair (and fortunately still quite a lot of it), so using hair spray daily is a must - and the Pella window screen in my bathroom gets really gummy. They got that and the other screens completely clean. It was a man and a woman. They were scheduled to arrive at 10:00, and arrived within 10 minutes of that time. I forget exactly when they finished, but it was around midday or very early afternoon. As another reviewer mentioned, the carpets were surprisingly dry when they left, and they did NOT spread out any papers the way carpet cleaners used to do in the old days (they did put little foam blocks under the legs of some of the furniture). I would definitely use them again - because they do a good job, and also because they come when they say they will. <br />"
