"Called upon Dust Busters to clean the air ducts in my house prior to the installation of a new HVAC system.  Also asked that they clean my dryer vent which, unfortunately they couldn't clean due to an issue with the vent.  Because of this they removed that charge from my invoice.  Their employees were extremely professional and courteous and did a great job."

"The furniture was moved in great room.  Nothing was moved in bedroom but was still charged for a whole room.  Only one guy came so the furniture couldn't be moved.  Had to call the next day as a stain was still showing.  Two guys came out with hand equiptment and worked on the stain.  A week later the stain was there again.  I just left it.  Would have worked a lot better if they sent two guys all the time to work on the carpet.  I usually clean the carpet myself now due to cost for them to clean it.  Takes a bit longer but it works. <br />"
