"We've been using their service for the past couple of months now. Our lawn was in bad shape to begin with but after treatments including aeration and overseeding, it has only marginally improved. There are also bare areas that were definitely not aerated. However, I have not yet contacted the company about the oversight to give them an opportunity to rectify the situation. Since our lawn was pretty bad to begin with, I figure I'll give it a year or so before passing final judgment.
