"They estimated 2 days but had it done in one. Three man crew, covered everything in plastic and cleaned up at the end. I found a few oversprays of the texture material but it comes off easy enough. "A great experience through the whole process. Chris Hardy was the first person to come and take a look at our project. He was super informative, took his time, answered any questions I had on the spot, and came up with a thorough "rough draft" plan for our foundation repair/leveling. James Nicolas was next to come up and perform his tasks and was kind, thorough, and made sure everything was correct prior to the engineering portion of the job. Engineering went smoothly and the communication through this process was great. I even resubmitted a couple portions of the drawings for update and Zack Lavely was very helpful to discuss and update the plan. When all was said and ready to rock, Aveena Lewis was helpful in getting me scheduled and confirming that I was set for the job after reading about what I needed to do in order to be prepared. When the crew arrived on Tuesday morning, Gabriel Leyva, Octavio, Antonio, and Antonio (yeah, 2 awesome Antonios!) were all ready to rock. Each of them are kind and super hard workers. Watching them work was like watching a finely tuned machine. Their synergy was awesome. Gabriel was so kind and knowledgeable and even explained a couple things we'd need to tackle in order to not have a big bay window break, along with making sure inspection passes. Lastly, Lindsey (spelling?) was amazing to speak with over the phone. She is who I communicated with to make payments and will be coming out to do the final walkthrough and inspections to ensure everything is done right and up to code. So kind, so helpful, truly a delight to speak with. I would happily recommend Foundation Repair of CA to folks in our area and hope they get the same team we had. Top notch!"

"Was a little late for his estimate appointment, but called in a timely manner to let us know. He already had design schematics drawn up to our specs per email and phone conversations. Made suggestions after listening to what we wanted. Work started exactly on schedule, and was completed* on time. The workers were meticulous and knowledgeable, spoke English, and cleaned up after the job was done to the point there was no evidence they had even been there! The quality of the materials and craftsmanship surpassed our expectations. The entire job cost as much as a quote we got for materials only. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />* lattice end cap pieces were apparently back ordered for several months, and this was not communicated to us or followed up. "Joe Lutz Construction is an outstanding, professional, licensed, contractor who serves the Senora and surrounding Foot Hills area. This contractor can build decks, pour concrete, tile, remodel, new construction, and so much more. Joe laid and stamped a concrete walkway for us. During this construction, Joe found dry rot in 2 side areas next to his where his concrete would be poured- he repaired this at a minimal cost. <br /> <br /> In addition, Joe built an approximately 600 sqft beautiful redwood deck. Utilizing new fasteners technology, that hid how each fastener secured each board. And new staining technology that provided excellent results. <br /> <br /> Joe Lutz always does a wonderful job. He has a high level of quality, integrity, and genuine sincerity. He is extremely customer orientated and I would recommend him to everyone."

"He is a very nice young man! He is accommodating and had some good ideas and suggestions. He was not expensive, his estimates were affordable but I had a few other problems arise and I couldn't' end up going with him. He did everything he could to give me what he thought I wanted, which I did, and I was disappointed that I wasn't able to have him perform the service. He brought me over a couple of different large samples. I told him about a restaurant who's floor I liked and he actually went to the restaurant and he was willing to make a sample of that floor for me as well. I do recommend that people talk to him before they decide on a concrete contractor! I have showed other people his samples and they liked them!"
