"This contractor was completely unprofessional and delivered subpar work from start to finish. He quoted me a minimum of $4,000 for my yard and required $2,000 upfront, which I paid in good faith. I chose to hire him because I wanted to support a Black-owned business, but that decision turned out to be a major mistake. The quality of the work was unacceptable. He also took advantage of me in a separate situation involving a sprinkler system. He kept a sprinkler of mine worth over $75, claiming he would replace it with others. I later discovered the 2?3 sprinklers he installed were only worth a few dollars each?nowhere near a fair exchange. When I raised these concerns, he became defensive and refused to correct the poor workmanship. I asked him to return my original sprinkler and remove the cheap replacements, and although he agreed, he never followed through or came back. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone."
