"Timeless Pools review Tom and Cindy did an amazing job with our backyard. We had an existing pool, so this was more complex than a new build. They were very willing to listen to our ideas but also made suggestions when their experience pointed them in a slightly different direction than we had initially envisioned. The planning phases were extremely fast, and they handled all the permitting with the city directly. We had their cell phone numbers and they kept us in the loop constantly during the entire process. During the initial faces, we selected coping and tile, and Tom was present to give us some guidance on cost and additional options. Once we started construction, everything was very transparent. They were willing to work around any scheduling issues we had and we got to know the workers that were at our site. Having consistent teams made my wife more comfortable as we had a number of days when she was alone with our two young kids, and seeing the same people Was reassuring We built during early 2023, and the massive rains made for a number of days where workers came and re-excavated from runoff or placed and removed tarps to prevent excessive erosion. This was all done with an eye on the weather and they were prepared for everything Mother Nature threw our way that winter. As we moved into finishing, they kept us informed of every step and the timing to expect. Once we filled the oool, they focused on the pool deck and made sure that every seam and joint was up to the standards. After a couple months of use, they re-connected with us and checked on any details we may have missed during the construction and finishing processes. I give their entire team an enthusiastic 5-stars. They probably won’t be the cheapest bid, but there were clear expectations and there were zero “extras” once we had all the materials selected. At no point did we feel like they were sneaky or trying to charge us for something unexpected. Our pool is beautiful, everything works exactly as expected and we have had endless compliments from everyone that has come to enjoy it. "Plumber came thee hours late and quoted me $775.00 to replace a hose bib. I told him that sounded high, he told me hose bibs are $275.00 alone, the rest is labor. I looked up the price of a hose bib, mmmm....yeah it’s only $10.00. I canceled the job and the plumber cane to my house the next day and harassed me,..he wanted to know why I canceled the job. I’m home alone with three kids getting bullied by a plumber at Roto-Rooter. Several hours their sister restoration company called me and said the state was concerned with my flooding and mold from my recent need of a hose bib. Our basement didn’t flood and this company tried to represent themselves as the state! I did get the job done by a certified plumber from ACE, total cost $275.00. So...Roto-Rooter upbid by $500.00 and harassed me. Don’t be this companies next mark, they are crooks!"
