Emergency services offered

"The process went very well. Mitch, the arborist, came out to the house to meet me twice before the work was done and once after the work was completed. Patrick, the contractor, came out both days to check on how it was going. The workers were efficient and competent, even when they uncovered a row of large rocks that would impact the stump grinding. McKell in the office was attentive to my needs and stayed in communication with me before and during the work days. I was on a tight schedule--work had to be done in two days--and they were able to do that, in spite of one of their trucks having an emergency out-of-service experience. They did the cutting on one day and the stump grinding on another day. The workers cleaned up the yard very nicely when finished. Everyone involved showed up at the time he/they were scheduled to be at the house. I was very pleased with the company and would recommend them again. They also gave me my 10% senior discount."
