We had fairly new base boards through the entire house, 3 years old in perfect condition. the workers got them so wet that the base boards crumbled and socked up the water to where I need to replace many of them them. I contacted the company with no response. I think the techs just did not know what they were doing. The grout did get clean but will cost me a lot of money fixing the problems they created. I would never recommend this company to any one I know. Too bad!!"
