"Very good, almost great. The install team arrived on time, confirmed work order & started the job. In about 4.5 hrs, power was applied & we started to get heat. A quick overview of the HAVC system was given, balance paid all questions answered and there were smiles on most faces. The sales person described the operation of the new HAVC to be quieter than current system and it is. However, the term quieter was not expressed in db difference so a service tech came out and was able to discuss the issue. "Asociados came out to evaluate my roof, which is failing in multiple spots. Royce came out to do an estimate, was very thorough and explained everything to me, but he also patched some spots to hold me over until I can hire him to replace the roof. I've had others come out that use high pressure sales tactics, but Asociados was nothing like the that. Simply told me what needs to be replaced, what can be repaired and what parts of the roof are still ok, honest and to the point. I will definitely hire him and would give him 6 stars if I could!"
