We use subcontractors for electrical and plumbing only. We have a residential building contactor license in the state of MN.#20388024. We provide our customers with free on site consultaions. Our design fees range between $200-$600. Angie's list members receive $250.00(average design fee) off of there design. Our design staff has created "The Grand Parrilla" a unique outdoor fireplace/grill, inspired from a trip to the Argintina country side. We are also the designers of "Fire and Water". A one of a kind fire pit surrounded by a waterfall.

"We hired Jake Servais and his company on 11/26/18 to do snow removal for the season for $500. The first time the weather required snow removal they never showed up, and then called to say they were having mechanical issues and would it be ok if they didn't come (only about 2" of snow so I said ok). They did come 1x and remove some snow in late December. Then, on Monday (1/28), we got significant snowfall while we were out of town. I was assured via text from Jake they would be on it, as we had grandparents watching our kids. We had NO SERVICE. And then I went searching to see if we had been victim of fraud by this company. I found Jake Servais facebook page where he lists in early January the sale of all his snow equipment. I have no idea what is going on, but have made multiple attempts by email, phone and facebook messenger to connect and have got NO RESPONSE. I am looking into calling the police and want a refund of our $500."
