We had a hail storm damage our shingles last summer and Erik was great working with our insurance adjuster to help get everything documented and moving thru the system. Ellie provided color samples and addresses where we could see what the shingles looked in real life. The roofing crew was very professional and did a great job on cleaning up after themselves and protecting the landscaping and deck from any debris from the shingles. I asked the billing person to double check the final invoice and/or at least explain it to me over the span of many weeks, which they flat out refused to do. The invoice ultimately got sorted out and this person claimed it was a mistake, but the fact they spent weeks refusing to double check that the invoice matched the work completed is very frustrating. Especially when it was such a large mistake. If you hire this company make sure they don't try to charge you more than you are supposed to pay!"
