"Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked efficiently!! It was nice to have it all taken care of in a day."

"I was able to get the work scheduled quickly. The two workers were right on time. Good communication about what to expect. They did a great job sanding and painting exterior doors and trim. They had to move some items in the garage to get to the door, and put everything back just as it was. They cleaned up everything when finished. "This wasn't a typical door installation. I live in a modular home and wanted a regular door put in. So Fox Renovations had to totally reframe the doorway to fit it in. They did it 2 days after I bought the door. They picked it up and brought it with them so I didn't have to deal with delivery. Outstanding job at a fair price. I am very happy."
