He used red oak for the table top and finished it with three coats of low gloss polyurethane and a finish coat of BRI wax. The underside of the table and the reinforcing strips are even finished off. He finished this project in a little over three weeks. We couldn’t be happier! "

"We had several different companies in mind for our master bedroom flooring project, but we ended up going with Troy at Top Notch Construction! We are SO glad we found him and his crew. Troy came out and did the measurements for our bedroom floor, and he was as able to give me an estimate in writing right away. His estimate for labor and removal of our old carpet (it was nasty, pet stained, etc.) and to install the new flooring was completely fair and doable! We were able to schedule the project within a week of our estimate, and the hey were even able to start a bit earlier and ended the project with my bedroom cleaner than when they started! Our floors look and feel amazing! He provided the trim boards and put down the transition strips between doors and rooms. The entire project from start to finish went way beyond my expectations! I'm going to have him come out for an estimate on our deck next! Again, Troy and his crew were on time, totally patient with me as I picked out the exact luxury vinyl flooring, and he remained non biased about flooring material brands, and that says a lot about a company! "Overall work was good. Contractor installed prefinished wood sills at tile floor. He grouted at juncture and let wet grout sit on the prefinished wood to the point that the finish is gone. Contacted the contractor in mid- August; assured me he would be here soon. It is now2 months and he does not answer texts nor phone calls. He does not correct his mistakes."
