We manufacture Advanced Energy Panels (AEPs). AEPs are a retrofit for historic windows or any window people can't afford or don’t wish to replace. AEPs are interior window insulating panels and can be installed in any building –office, home or industrial. AEPs have a higher insulation and air sealing rating and provide greater comfort than most replacement windows, yet they are a fraction of the cost. AEPs are custom made to fit over existing openings, protecting, preserving and improving your existing windows.

We do most everything affiliated with home improvement. We're a family owned business with 4-6 employees at times. Depending on work, we require one-third of total job up front for labor and materials, and the remainIng two-thirds upon completion of the work. Sometimes people need smaller jobs done and it can be cheaper to pay by the hour. In this case work is performed at the rate of $35/hr for the contractors services plus $10-$15/hr per laborer plus the cost of material. We don't subcontract any of our work out. We have coupons and specials running year round. You can fInd and print the coupons out on the WNEP16 county by county website.

"My wife and I called Matt Restoration (she was almost in tears) upon discovering what a former tenant had done to our property's hardwood floors. The secretary promptly and professionally answered the phone. She asked us very important questions that would save time down the road and she was genuinely empathetic and very proactive! She actually pulled David out of a meeting to speak with me directly. We have had bad experiences with shoddy work from unqualified and unregistered contractors. However David assured us that everything was going to be ok - and it was better than ok when all was complete!
Buyers must beware these days of really horrible contractors!
Matt Restoration is completely insured, registered with the Office of the Attorney General and they have several certifications in various applications, installation methods etc! I was impressed with the team's level of expertise and professionalism.
First, we were scheduled immediately for a consultation session at their office. We reviewed several samples and various options to solve a few unique problems our situation had. David had a solution for everything. They also were able to provide us with a general price as the actual measurements had yet to be taken but it certainly was within my budget. The prices at Matt Restoration are very competitive. Next David came out personally to measure the job and assess the damages. He even pointed out to me a couple spots where my flooring support was failing and thankfully that was addressed. During our meeting he explained in very thorough details exactly what was going to be done, what would happen next and provided my free estimate before leaving. Immediately after signing the contract and submitting my deposit we were scheduled up! A couple days before the work date, I received a great reminder email that included a "what to do list" from the secretary to prepare us for the installation day. Prior to the scheduled installation date one of their foremen showed up with his helpers to prep the work area. They gently removed some items from the work area, taped off the room and vents so no dust could spread and they hauled in all the job materials. Everything was set to go. Early the next day, and they were right on time as scheduled, the entire crew showed up, David included which was such a nice surprise. He got right into the work himself, working right next to his crew! Our job was completed by the end of the day, including the subfloor structural reinforcement and it looked stunning! All construction waste was removed off our property and the inside was cleaned beautifully. David was absolutely right on when he recommended my wife try a new color, and although I was hesitant I am glad we listened to him, it is remarkable how the entire "feel" of the room changed! Once again my wife likes spending her down time in her old favorite room! Guys, we all know the saying "Happy Wife, Happy Life"! Matt Restoration I cannot say Thank You enough and we will definitely be calling David and his team for all our future projects!"
