Currently Igino is providing his services as a Residential Building Designer under California Business and Professions Code 5537 that does not require a license. If the scope of a project exceeds Section 5537 limitations, then Igino works with a registered structural engineer who will provide the specifications and calculations for that scope plus sign and stamp the documents.
